I live a life of connected acceptance with a peaceful mind, a strong, healthy body and an open heart that sings.

A few words about yourself - family, pets, work, hobbies...

Passionate about the Open & Closed Men's Groups I run in London, as well as other parts of the country. Love sitting with what we have in common & moving forward together, laughing & learning along the way. Often feels more alive on the edge, though it feels right coming from my centre. Personally, I live in a mixed community with my girlfriend, love London, love travel, love keeping fit and quite chuffed with the deal I've made with the Big Issue where we sell my book "MEN Speak the Unspeakable" at a discount and we split the profits!
