I live in Southampton with my husband, Guy, and our daughter, Milly. We all work from home which gets quite cosy at times!

I've noticed from an e-mail sent by Debbie McDougall that you are meeting on Sunday, I plan to come along to some future ones but am away this Sunday. The subject matter however is of real interest to me.
I couldn't be cheeky could I and ask if someone can let me know the key messages that come out of it?
The whole light/dark duality thing is really interesting, the dark side for want of a better word seems to be upping the anti and trying to stop the evolving consciousness. From a spiritual perspective we are told to observe and not get attached, I do not think I can do this, although it gives what you are trying to stop extra energy. to be honest I am not sure what I should be doing!
I hope I don't sound bonkers but I keep wrestling with this and am not sure of what to think.

I also work from home, I'm an independent financial adviser working with an ethical/green investment company. I also treat animals at the RSPCA veterinary clinic in Shirley (Reiki), my wife is the manager there.
My wife is on Chinese herbs which have produced amazing results in the last 3 months, western medicine couldn't help after 2 years of trying.
Most of our spare time is animal related, either with our own or fostering, I normally give them Reiki as many have had poor starts in life.
I have heard of EFT but do not know much about it, Reconnective Healing is new to me, is it to do with healing old wounds and moving forward from there?
